Dear Sir,
Since primary printer is not working properly, we have to take print on HP printer ( which is secondary ) now load is on this printer., so it will required frequently refiling so required one backup tonner.
Please give the best solution for the same.

and now in rainy season it gets more difficult to stretch the situation.
So many times you have repair but not coming results.

25-07-2023 (05:12:27) : Followed up with canon service center, i had told about the issues regarding warehouse canon printer they told that the issue can be solved with serial number so required serial number to proceed. I told chetan so he said he will give serial number tomorrow
26-07-2023 (05:48:55) : Spoke to Ashok on 2 things :
(a) print impression getting submerged - for which the heating and fixing unit assembly is required to be replaced. new is not available, however one will cost around 4k if we manage to get one.
and the issue #2 viz. (b) paper feed - this is beyond repair as the printer has become old and replacing the feeder is equal to replacing the printer - also the atmospheric moisture is also adding to the issue as suggested, here replacing the rollers wont solve hence have to move ahead with multiple paper drawn.
this is kept under process till the point a is acted upon by the amc vendor
